It&#8217;s absolutely delicious over crispy chicken (torikatsu) or pork (tonkatsu) cutlets. It&#8217;s sweet, tangy and oh so good.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To make a simple version of kastu sauce at home, you&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ketchup. <\/strong>This forms the base of your sauce and gives it tons of body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Worcestershire Sauce. <\/strong>Adds sweet and sour flavors and gives this katsu sauce its barbecue-like flavor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Soy Sauce. <\/strong>Adds an extra layer of rich umami flavor to your sauce.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apple Cider Vinegar. <\/strong>Katsu sauce is traditionally made with apples.
