To keep things healthy, I always choose a brand that&#8217;s high in protein and low in sugar.<\/li><li><strong>Seedless Blackberry Jam<\/strong>.&nbsp; The addition of jam makes these parfaits extra-special and adds an amazing burst of berry flavor.<\/li><li><strong>Fresh or Frozen Blackberries and Blueberries<\/strong>. You can use fresh or thawed frozen blackberries for this recipe. Thawed frozen berries are soft and pie-like, while fresh berries add more texture. You can&#8217;t go wrong either way!<\/li><li><strong>Granola<\/strong>. Grab any kind of granola that you love &#8211; there are so many delicious varieties available these days and you can even use a sugar-free or grain-free option if you want. In a pinch, you can also use a crumbled granola bar! I also to using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthyfoodforliving.com\/recipes\/breakfast\/crunchy-spiced-latte-granola-clusters\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">homemade granola<\/a>, which is surprisingly easy to make. <\/li><li><strong>Honey.<\/strong> &nbsp; Honey is optional but can add a kiss of natural sweetness to your breakfast parfait. I love <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3t3UW2V\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">these Weck jars<\/a> because they&#8217;re so cute and perfectly sized!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Top the yogurt with a little bit of jam.<\/strong> Blackberry or blueberry is my favorite, but lemon curd is also a delicious option! If you don&#8217;t have any jam, you can also mash some of your berries together with a drizzle of honey or pinch of sugar and use that in place of the jam layer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Layer more yogurt on top.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Top with berries and granola.<\/strong> If you don&#8217;t have granola, you can use a crumbled granola bar, your favorite dry cereal, or nuts or seeds.
